D\u00fczenlemenin amac\u0131, kredi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 destekleyerek ekonomik faaliyetlerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"854\">Fon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n; Merkez Bankas\u0131 nezdinde a\u00e7\u0131lan hesaplara bankalar taraf\u0131ndan yat\u0131r\u0131lacak primler, Merkezi Devlet Y\u00f6netimi B\u00fct\u00e7esi\u2019nden yap\u0131labilecek aktar\u0131mlar ve fon varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinden elde edilecek gelirlerden olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"1053\">Faiz deste\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n kapsam\u0131, limitleri, vadesi ve ba\u015fvuru \u015fartlar\u0131 ise Fon Y\u00f6netim Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek.
