Polis ekipleri \u00e7evrede g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemi al\u0131rken, binan\u0131n bulundu\u011fu sokak kapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Enkaz alt\u0131nda kalanlar oldu\u011funun belirtilmesi \u00fczerine arama kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flatan ekiplerin, enkazdaki bir ki\u015fiyle ileti\u015fim kurdu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, \u00e7\u00f6ken bina park halindeki ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fczerine y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131rken, yoldan ge\u00e7en belediye otob\u00fcs\u00fcnde de hasar olu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Bina \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fckten sonra ise bir ki\u015finin kendi imkan\u0131yla enkazdan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ekiplere i\u00e7eride kalanlarla ilgili bilgi verdi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Enkazdan toplam 2\u2019si a\u011f\u0131r 7 ki\u015fi yaral\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rken, g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen 2 ki\u015fiden birinin cesedine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Hen\u00fcz kimli\u011fi belirlenemeyen ki\u015finin cesedi, enkazdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Ekiplerin g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fck alt\u0131ndaki son ki\u015fiyi kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Binada \u00e7\u00f6kmeden \u00f6nce herhangi bir patlama ya\u015fanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul Valili\u011finden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, saat 08.40 s\u0131ralar\u0131nda Kartaltepe Mahallesi Belediye Caddesi ile Ge\u00e7it Soka\u011f\u0131n kesi\u015fim noktas\u0131nda bulunan \u00fc\u00e7 katl\u0131 binan\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtilerek, olay yerine \u00e7ok say\u0131da AFAD, arama kurtarma ve sa\u011fl\u0131k ekibi sevk edildi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada, binan\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6kme an\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik kameras\u0131nca kaydedildi. G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcde, sokaktan otomobillerin ve bir minib\u00fcs\u00fcn ge\u00e7ti\u011fi s\u0131rada, binan\u0131n soka\u011fa do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6kmesi yer ald\u0131.
