\n\t“Gazze Mahkemesi” giri\u015fimi<\/h2>\n


\n\tGazze Mahkemesi, \u0130srail’in sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 alt\u0131ndaki Gazze’de ya\u015fananlar\u0131n hukuki, siyasi ve etik y\u00f6nlerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmak \u00fczere kuruldu.<\/p>\n


\n\tBa\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir inisiyatif olarak kurulan, insanl\u0131k ve vicdan mahkemesi olan “Gazze Mahkemesi”, uzun haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan \u0130ngiltere’nin ba\u015fkenti Londra’da ilk uluslararas\u0131 toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n


\n\tEski BM Filistin \u00d6zel Raport\u00f6r\u00fc Richard Falk’\u0131n liderli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projenin ba\u015fkanl\u0131k heyetinde eski BM \u00f6zel raport\u00f6rlerinden Michael Lynk ve Hilal Elver gibi isimlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Raji Sourani, Susan Akram, Ahmet K\u00f6ro\u011flu, Diana Buttu, Cemil Ayd\u0131n<\/a> ve Penny Green de bulunuyor.<\/p>\n


\n\t\u00d6nemli bile\u015fenlerden biri olan “mahkeme \u00fcyeleri” aras\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinden bir\u00e7ok tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f isim yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n


\n\tHalk vicdan\u0131na dayanan mahkemenin kurulu\u015fu ve haz\u0131rl\u0131k toplant\u0131s\u0131 Kas\u0131m 2024’te Londra’da, ikinci aya\u011f\u0131 ise May\u0131s 2025’te Bosna Hersek’in ba\u015fkenti Saraybosna’da d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
