\n\t“Rusya’n\u0131n t\u00fcm ittifak i\u00e7in uzun vadeli bir tehdit olarak orada durdu\u011funu biliyoruz.” diyen Rutte, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n


\n\t“\u015eu anda Rus ordusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir y\u0131\u011fma yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu sadece Moskova’daki ge\u00e7it t\u00f6renlerinde sergilemek i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere de yap\u0131l\u0131yor. \u015eu anda Ukrayna’da kullan\u0131yorlar ve ba\u015fka yerlerde de kullanabilirler.”<\/p>\n


\n\tUkrayna’n\u0131n kendini savunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olman\u0131n kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Rutte, “Bu yeni program (NATO’nun Ukrayna’n\u0131n \u00d6ncelikli \u0130htiya\u00e7lar Listesi- PURL) sayesinde, birka\u00e7 hafta i\u00e7inde, hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yan, bazen \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl, bazen de daha fazla savunma sistemini i\u00e7eren 2 milyar dolarl\u0131k bir kayna\u011f\u0131 Ukrayna’ya aktarabildik. Bu m\u00fchimmat\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra geli\u015fmi\u015f hava savunmas\u0131 ve \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131.” dedi.<\/p>\n


\n\tABD<\/a> Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Donald Trump’\u0131n sava\u015f\u0131 sona erdirmeyi en \u00f6nemli \u00f6ncelik haline getirdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Rutte, “\u015eubat ay\u0131ndan itibaren Putin ile bir \u00e7\u0131kmaz\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131, onunla telefon g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri yapt\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca birka\u00e7 hafta \u00f6nce ABD’nin Ukrayna<\/a> g\u00fcvenlik garantilerine dahil olaca\u011f\u0131na dair s\u00f6z verdi.” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
