A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesince Silivri\u2019deki Marmara Kapal\u0131 Ceza ve \u0130nfaz Kurumu\u2019nun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki salonda yap\u0131lan duru\u015fmaya, yolsuzluk soru\u015fturmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda tutuklanan ancak bu davada tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanan \u0130mamo\u011flu ve avukatlar\u0131 ile \u201cma\u011fdur\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131yla Ba\u015fsavc\u0131 Ak\u0131n G\u00fcrlek\u2019in avukat\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>CHP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zel, \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun e\u015fi Dilek \u0130mamo\u011flu ve baz\u0131 CHP milletvekilleri, belediye ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, yabanc\u0131 diplomatlar ile partililer de izleyici olarak duru\u015fma salonunda yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Duru\u015fmada \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019na, \u00f6nceki celse duru\u015fma savc\u0131s\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan esasa ili\u015fkin m\u00fctalaaya kar\u015f\u0131 savunma yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6z verildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkenin ekonomik yap\u0131s\u0131na ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan \u0130mamo\u011flu, cezaevinde kendisine gelen \u00e7ok say\u0131da mektubu okuyarak, d\u0131\u015far\u0131da olan t\u00fcm hususlara ili\u015fkin ekonomik analizler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme heyeti ba\u015fkan\u0131, ifadesinde anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hususlara bir \u00f6nceki duru\u015fmada da de\u011findi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019na uyar\u0131da bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019nun ifadesinin baz\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini duru\u015fma savc\u0131s\u0131na bakarak vermesi \u00fczerine cumhuriyet savc\u0131s\u0131 \u201cBen dinliyorum zaten bana niye bak\u0131yorsunuz?\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ekrem \u0130mamo\u011flu mahkeme heyetine d\u00f6nerek, \u201cSavc\u0131 beye bakmak yasak m\u0131?\u201d diye sordu.<\/p>\n<p>Mahkeme heyeti ba\u015fkan\u0131, salondakileri sessiz olmas\u0131 konusunda uyar\u0131rken, \u0130mamo\u011flu\u2019na \u201cEkrem Bey devam edin l\u00fctfen.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Savunmas\u0131nda \u201cTer\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye\u201d s\u00fcrecine de\u011finen \u0130mamo\u011flu, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019miz zor g\u00fcnlerden ge\u00e7iyor. Zor bir kav\u015faktay\u0131z. \u00d6nemli g\u00fcndemlerimizden birisi de Ekim 2024 tarihinden itibaren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcndeminde olan \u2018Ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye\u2019. Ter\u00f6rs\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiye diye tariflenen bu mesele bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Tarihimiz, T\u00fcrk, K\u00fcrt, b\u00fct\u00fcn vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n demokratik, adil, m\u00fcreffeh ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir hayat ya\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in, ter\u00f6r\u00fcn de\u011fil, bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l siyasetin g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi i\u00e7in att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ad\u0131mlarla doludur.
